Okkadu Movie
There have been reports
that Sonakshi and Arjun Kapoor would be paired in a film. And that has
now been finalized. Boney Kapoor has zeroed in on Sonakshi to play the
romantic lead opposite his son. A few months back Boney had bought the
remake rights of the 2003 Telugu film “Okkadu” and plans to cast his son in the lead role.
Okkadu directed by Gunasekhar, the 2003 Telugu film featured Mahesh Babu, Bhumika Chawla and Prakash Raj.
It is reported that the Hindi version of
‘Okkadu’ will be directed by the duo of Abbas-Mustan. Arjun will be
seen in Aditya Chopra’s ‘Aurangzeb’, along side Sashaa Agha, Prithviraj,
Amrita Singh, Jackie Shroff, ‘Gunday’ starring Ranveer Singh and Priyanka Chopra, and Sajid Nadiadwala’s ‘Two States’ with Alia Bhatt.
