Jagapathi Babu starrer Operation Duryodhana 2 postponed
Operation Duryodhana 2 starring Jagapathi Babu, Sonia Aggarwal, Posani Krishna Murali has been postponed at the last moment. The film was supposed to release in Andhra Pradesh on March 15; however, the latest news is that it’ll not release as per schedule due to various reasons.
Posani Krishna Murali has written the story, screenplay and dialogues. Incidentally, he had directed Operation Duryodhana which had Srikanth in lead role. Harishchandra Rao has directed Operation
Duryodhana 2 and it’s said to be a political drama. AB Srinivas and
Surendra Reddy have produced the film. M M Srilekha has composed the
music.
Pawan Kalyan to resume shooting from March 16
Pawan Kalyan will resume shooting for Trivikram Srinivas’ upcoming film from
March 16 onwards, after a short gap. The film has been tentatively
named as Saradha. Samantha is playing the lead role opposite and
Pranitha Subhash has been cast as the second lead. Boman Irani and
Nadiya will be essaying crucial roles.
The film was earlier shot in Pollachi where some crucial scenes and an interesting car chase sequence was shot on Pawan Kalyan. Buzz is that Pawan Kalyan is playing the role of a driver
and the film will have enough Trivikram’s trademark dialogues, along
with Pawan Kalyan’s unique style quotient. The duo had earlier worked
together for Jalsa and that went on to become a big hit.
BVSN Prasad is producing this family drama and Devi
Sri Prasad is scoring the music. The film’s shooting will soon shift to
Spain for a major schedule in Barcelona.
Baadshah to have rib- tickling comedy!
As Young Tiger NTR’s ‘Baadshah’ is getting closer to release, more and more interesting facts are emerging about the film. The movie’s director is Sreenu Vaitla and he is known for the high comedy quotient in his films.
‘Baadshah’ will be no different and sources say that the film will have rib-tickling comedy. Writers Gopi Mohan and Kona Venkat reportedly came up with some pretty humorous dialogues for Brahmanandam and M.S.Narayana in the movie. As per the industry grapevine, Brahmanandam will be seen as an investigative officer while M.S.Narayana will be seen as a film director.
Kajal Aggarwal is the heroine in this movie and Thaman has composed the music. Bandla Ganesh has produced the movie on Parameshwara Arts banner.
Bellamkonda’s one shot payment to NTR
Young Tiger NTR is an expensive actor to book for a project and he has one of the highest remunerations in the industry. Usually, star heroes
are paid an advance during the project signing stage and the total
amount is paid in 2 – 3 installments over the course of the film’s
shoot.
But the latest buzz in the industry is that producer Bellamkonda has shocked everyone recently by paying NTR his full amount in one shot.
That is right. NTR’s remuneration will be in the 13 – 15 Cr region per
movie and Bellamkonda paid this full amount in one single go.
This is for Santosh Srinivas’s upcoming project where Samantha will be seen as NTR’s co-star.
Many producers have expressed their surprise at Bellamkonda’s actions but that is how he has always been – unpredictable.

Devagan – Sizzling Anushka Sharma will be starring in the remake of
South India’s Superhit Dookudu. Kona Venkat, who wrote for the original
Dookudu is writing the Hindi
version too. Remake specialist of Telugu films, Prabhu Deva will be
heading the megaphone for direction. Earlier Salman was first choice for
the role but because of other committed projects he opted out of the
movie. Then Akshay Kumar name came in to picture and now finally an official announcement is given that Ajay-Anushka will be playing lead roles. The shooting of the flick will go on floor next month and film will be before audiences by end of the year.

Chowdhary’s pet project, Rey, which stars Sai Dharam Tej (better known
as Megastar Chiru’s nephew), is currently shot at RFC, Hyderabad.
The film has been in the making for long now, mainly because YVS’s
commitment to produce Nippu made him to put off the film temporarily
last year.

Das is playing a cameo in the musical entertainer. Music is scored by

It is a common practice and more like a tradition that on the

Kamal to show in 3D now !
Chennai : The prestigious
project 'Viswaroopam' from Kamal acting along with direction has brought
in controversies along with new technologies in to films. It was
produced by Kamal with Auro sound system and is now planning to make the
sequel, 'Viswaroopam-2' in Auro 3D format as said by Kamal himself.
Pooja Kumar, Aundria and Rahul
Bose are starring in this sequel too now. Kamal has informed to show
the missed out family emotions now in the sequel. He opined that the 1st
could not reach the lady audience and would keep that in mind for the
2nd part.
News is that Viswaroopam has
showered heavy collections of around 210 cr for the spending of around
110 cr by Kamal. He now with the boost from Viswaroopam is adding
further technicalities to the sequel now.
Puri committed now for two !

: Puri Jagannadh who turned a crazy director in Tollywood with mahesh's
Pokiri had tried his luck even in Bollywood. He had brought a craze for
his film starcasting hero like Amitabh, but the film has disappointed

that Puri is committed to do two Hindi films in his banner. There was

said that Puri himself would announce the starcast. Bollywood sources

Kerala : Kerala govt which is
facing high shortages in power is turned up to give special offers to
consumers in saving and is trying to reduce the consumption. AP just
knows power cuts when there is a shortage seen in supply. But, Kerala is
searching for innovative ways to overcome the issue. Even Kerala is
similarly suffering with shortage.
Kerala Govt has announced to
provide 50% discount in consumption charges if a consumer reduces the
consumption by 10% compared to his previous month's consumption Also if
all consumers in a feeder uses lesser power for a week, they will
be exempted from power cuts next week.
In our state, whenever there
is a shortage seen either power is purchased from the neighbouring
states or burden will be pushed on to the consumer's heads. This has
caused even the middle class people to be paying high power charges. Our
leaders should think of innovative ideas towards a solution like what

star Karthik's son Goutham Karthik who debuted with Crazy director
Manirathnam's Kadali is now selected for yet another film now. Though
his first film Kadali failed at the box office, Gowtham's performance
was more applauded and thus is Super star Rajinikanth's family getting
ready do the second film of Karthik.

Tamil sources that Rajanikanth's daughter Aiswarya Dhanush would be
doing a film with Goutham Karthik. Aiswarya would be producing the film

1500 Posts & 17 Lach aspirants !
Mumbai
: The unemployed in search of jobs have sent applications in a record
level. This is an example to say how crazy are the bank jobs at
present. State Bank Of India has given a notification for the
recruitment of 1500 posts of Probationary Officers. There were 17 Lach
applications received in a record level. The calculation of how many
aspirants per post would blank our minds in shock. May be the security
and assurance of the post are the reasons behind the competition.
Bank Chairman Prateep Chowdary
has in Mumbai said that all the applicants would undergo the test and
the job selection would be made by merit. Even in 2009, when SBI had
given a notification for 11000 clerk posts, there were 36 Lach
applications received then. Bank Chairman says the good pay scale of the
bank is the reason for the demand.

Hyderabad : 'Prema Oka Maikam'
film is produced by D Venkata Suresh and K Surya Srikanth in the
Touring Talkies banner in Chandu's direction starring Charmme in the
lead role. Rahul and Sarnya are playing main couple in this love story
between a prostitute, writer and a singer.
Producers speaking on the
occasion of the completion of shoot said the last song 'Naalo daachanu'
penned by Sasi has been shot in RFC with the choreography of Kishore.
They informed that the editing and dubbing works too have completed
already and the film is presently in the re-recording phase. They said
to release the audio next week and the film very soon to the audience.
Director Chandu said that this
is a musical love story with fantastic dialogues of Pulagam C Narayana.
He said the six songs and two bit songs well composed by MGK Praveen
are great and trendy. Director has expressed his atmost confidence that
Charmme would for sure be liked in the character of a prostitute in the
film.
Baadshah release muhurat fixed !
Hyderabad: The muhurat for the release of Baadshah
film is finalised. It was decided by the unit to close down the shoot
of the film by this 15th. Presently the last song shoot is on and also
the post production works are on at pace.
Baadshah of NTR directed by Srinu Vytla and produced by
Bandla Ganesh will have its audio released on 17th of March exactly at
5:23 in the evening at the Nanakramguda Ramanaidu studios. Also the film
will have its first show on screen at 5:23 in the morning on 5th of
April.
Kajal is paired opposite NTR for the film and Taman is
the music composer. NTR has many hopes on this high budget film being
released with perfectly fixed muhurats. Will he get what he dreams for
is to be seen after 5th of April.
Jagan out from jail next month...?
Hyderabad : There is a strong
publicity happening that YS Jagan who is in the Chanchalguda jail after
being arrested in the fraudulent assets case would be out next month.
CBI will be filing the final charge sheet in this case very soon. CBI
with the orders from Supreme Court has deeply investigated into Seven
facts seems to be filing cases on about Three Ministers and 16 Officers
involved.
There are already on whom CBI
had booked cases and now there are chances from the CBI to file charge
sheet on few more now. It is become interesting to know whether
Ministers Sabita Indra Reddy, Ponnala and Geetha Reddy would be included
as accused now. IAS officers have finalised already that they did as
per the orders of the Ministers which has put them into self-defense
now. There is a cold war happening between Minsters and IAS officers
already.
Mopidevi Venkataramana is
already in jail in the case who was a minister then. The Court has also
permitted for the prosecution of another minister Dharmana. The future
of the other three ministers would be known sooner. it would be a twist
now to know whether cases will be fined on the IAS officers or the

Word war between Babu and KCR!
Hyderabad : Presently hot word
war is on between TDP chief Babu and TRS chief KCR. Chandrababu has
firstly not supported the NCM move of KCR and in addition called TRS, a
tail party which made KCR get angry. He questioned Babu, had he
forgotten that TRS was a tail party when he allied with them for 2009
elections.

TV serial as a film now !
Hyderabad
: The weekly serial which had tickled the small screen audience till
date is getting ready to tickle the silver screen audience too. The
weekly comedy serial 'Amrutham' is now being made into a film in the
direction of Gunnam Gangaraju, who had directed the serial also.
Gangaraju had worked as a
writer to many films previously, but has directed only two films,
'Little Soldiers' and 'Amma Cheppindi'. The story would be the same as
the serial's story but title is being changed as 'Chandamamalo
Amrutham'.
Vennela Kishore will do the
lead role along with the same serial artistes Vasu and Satyanarayana.
Gangaraju is getting along with Suresh Productions to produce this film
on his Just Yellow banner.

Hyderabad : The long heard
Telugu remake of Hindi hit Bol Bachan with venkatesh and Ram is
finalised its title now. The title is now said to be finalised as
'Sarvejana Sukhinobhavantu' with a tagline 'Smile please'.
This film would be produced by
Suresh Productions and Sravanti Films jointly. Venky would be doing the
character played by Ajay Devgan in Hindi and ram will do the role of
Abhishek. The film is directed by Vijaya Bhaskar who is done 'Nuvvu Naku
Nachav' and 'Malliswari' with venkatesh before.
Venki is thinking one more
chance to Anjali with this film to pair opposite him. As per the story
line of the film Ram loves Venky's sister and Venky loves Ram's sister.
This full length comedy entertainer would soon go on to the sets.
Puri doing remakes in Hindi ?
Mumbai : News is coming up
that the sensational director of Tollywood, Puri who is given a stardom
to many heroes in Tollywood is slowly planning to shift his stay to
Bollywood. A Hindi producer has also announced to be doing 2 Hindi films
with him.
Information is that Puri is
going to remake his Telugu films in Bollywood. One from the two of his
films with Pachisia is said to be the remake of his film 'Amma Nanna O
Tamil Ammayi' with Raviteja. Ajay Devgan is said to be the hero of this
in Hindi.
Details of the 2nd film are
not known yet but news is that it may also be a remake. Bollywood films
are not helping much to Puri and remakes are more bad for him. Budda
Hoga Tera Baap though wasn't a disaster but was an average and the
previous remake of Badri was a disater. Would atleast these remakes help
Puri now? is the question to be answered in time.

in full form with the success of Nayak is doing the film 'Evadu' now in
the direction of Vamsi Paidipalli. Star Producer Dil Raju is the
producer of this high expectations action entertainer film. The film is
getting ready to be released in this summer. Devisri Prasad is composing
tunes for the film and Allu Arjun is playing a special role in the
film.
This film is shooting
presently at Hyderabad in Road no 45, Jubilee hills. Though Samanta was

Aadhar timeline extended for LPG !
New
Delhi : A small relief is given by the Central government to the people
suffering with Aadhar problems. The date to link LPG subsidy with the
Aadhar is been extended from March 15th to April 15th now.
Centre has decided this based
on the letter by CM Kiran. As the date was announced as 15th March,
people had to crowd up at the Aadhar centres. As there were limited
Aadhar centers in city, people had to face heavy problems standing in
queues for hours together.
Keeping these troubles in view Government has taken the decision to extend the date.
Rajnikanth to feature in Resul Pookutty’s directorial debut?
There was a strong buzz last year about the Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan starring in the Oscar-winning sound designer, Resul Pookutty’s directorial debut in Bollywood which was not confirmed by Resul at that point in time.
Now, it’s come to notice that that Resul recently
went to Chennai to meet South superstar Rajnikanth for the same film and
Resul’s manager confirmed this
meeting that happened over the weekend saying, “Resul’s meeting with
Rajinikanth sir is regarding his latest movie which he is going to
direct.” It will be interesting to see if Resul can rope in the two
legends to feature in his directorial venture!
News of Sushant declining Karan and Sanjay’s movies is false
Recently, there was a report that made headlines since it mentioned that newbie Sushant Singh Rajput of ‘Kai Po Che’ had turned movies offers from two big producers who were Karan Johar and Sanjay Leela Bhansali ! As expected, the report turned out to be completely wrong. A source close to Sushant said, “There was a strong buzz that how Sushant Singh Rajput had turned down offers from Karan Johar and Sanjay Leela Bhansali. But none of it is true. Sushant has just started of his career as an actor and looks upto both, Karan Johar and Sanjay Leela Bhansali, and feels that it would be an honor to work with them. At present no offer has been made and he is busy shooting films that he had signed prior to the release of Kai Po Che.”
Emraan’s Tribute to Gulzar in Ek Thi Daayan
Emraan Hashmi, who is looking forward to the release of his next film, ‘Ek Thi Daayan’ will be paying a tribute to the legendary poet-lyricist Gulzar in the film. Director Kannan Iyer confirmed the news saying, “Yes, in the film Emraan pays tribute to Gulzar saab in a sequence. We thought of a fresh way and made it look more realistic. Instead of just having one of his songs, we have made it more realistic.”
The tribute
would be weaved into a song titled ‘Yaaram’ in which Emraan will be seen
entering a club holding a book written by Gulzar. Emraan then goes on
to recite a few songs from the book.
Ek Thi Daayan is jointly produced by Ekta Kapoor and Vishal Bhardwaj
and Konkona Sen Sharma, Kalki Koechlin and Huma Qureshi form the rest of
the star cast.
Child Actor Teja’s body found in Rishikesh
In a sad development, child actor Narla Teja’s body has been found today in Rishikesh at the Sai ghat. Teja was washed away a few days ago while trying to take a dip in the river Ganga and a frantic search was on to find him. Teja’s family is in a state of shock after receiving the news.
Teja is the son of cinematographer N Sridhar. He
appeared in ‘Murari’ as a child actor. The body has been handed over to
the authorities for post-mortem and is expected to reach Hyderabad
tomorrow.
