Mirchi collects Rs 3 Crs in USA

Mirchi is turning out to be biggest hit in Prabhas 's career. The film has not only got staggering openings in Andhra Pradesh, it has also garnered a very good figure in USA in its opening weekend. Going by the Rentrak figures, the film has collected $ 4, 71,941 (apprx: Rs. 2.54 crores) in USA. If we add, the revenue from non-reported screens, the film’s opening weekend’s revenue comes close to Rs 3 Crs, which is biggest ever opening for a Prabhas’s movie in this market.

Directed by newcomer Shiva Koratala, Mirchi got average talk, yet the movie is having dream run at box-office.

Anushka and Richa played the female lead in the film, while Devi Sri Prasad gave hit music.
