Certain combinations in the industry raise the eyebrows and set huge craze much before the project hits the floors. One such combination is Balakrishna and B Gopal. From 'Rowdy Inspector' to trend setter 'Samarasimha Reddy' to 'Narasimha Naidu' what ever they does in films have minted money to film makers. However, after a couple of duds like 'Palnati Brahmanaidu' and Narasimhudu with Jr NTR, the dream run for the director has ended. Though, he delivered a hit film 'Maska', he failed to attract producers.
Buzz says, a few days ago B Gopal has come up with his trade mark mass masala script for action hero Gopichand and incidentally it took the actor only a few minutes to give his green signal to the director. The film is going to be produced by V Ananda Prasad of 'Neeku Naaku Dash Dash' fame.
Currently, Gopichand is busy wrapping up 'Jackpot' (tentative title) under Chandrasekhar Yeleti's direction. Ironically, both B Gopal and Gopichand have tasted series of flops and let's see how these fading personalities end up giving a positive result!
