Heroines usually shy away from accepting roles for films in which there
are two leading ladies. Even the news of actresses enacting in a female
multistarrer will trigger heated debates and fans start hurling abuses
at the filmmakers. But, here comes a top actress who recently tasted
mega hit doesn't have any qualms to share the screen space with another
heroine. The big hearted lady is Shruti Haasan and perhaps, she is not
confining herself to just statements but the actress has also proved it
by showing what she says is what she does.
Shruti is working in
Ravi Teja's 'Balupu' where in she shares the screen space with Anjali
and has also bagged a meaty role in Harish Shankar's new film as a
second fiddle to Jr NTR. The film also has Samantha as the female lead.
And the actress doesn't mind playing the second lead in these films and
affirms that her character should have substance. All we can say is
shared joy is a double joy! Agree folks?
