Director Anand Ranga, who has earlier directed the film "Oye" with starring Siddharth and Shamili in lead roles, is all set to direct his second film and the movie has been titled as "Chal Mohana Ranga".In this film newcomer Taj Kiran is playing the male lead role in the movie.A noted actress is going to pair up with him in the movie.The movie launched on February 14th with a formal pooja ceremony and the regular shooting will starts soon. Director Parasuram, who has earlier directed the films Yuvatha and Solo is penning the dialogues for this film.This film is being produced by Anand Ranga and Sesha Reddy jointly under Random Thoughts ban
