The Prisoners included Cold Blooded Murderers, ISI agent Maqbool who was arrested in 2008 for the Alleged Link to Bangalore, Pune Blasts,

Maddela Cheruvu Suri was also Released unter the same list.

He was imprisoned for life for the Biggest Bomb Attack in Indian History then- The Jubilee Hills Bomb blast on Paritala Ravi's Convey ( A Minister then) Killing 16 People Including the Media persons of ETV.

Supreme court Opposed the decision first but left the Choice to the State Government as it used using the Loop holes of law in the Arguments.

What did that cost, It resulted in more Criminal activity, Raktha Charithra Didn't stop after his release.

And its the same Terrorist who was released by him Planned the Hyderabad-Dilsukhnagar Bomb Blast killing 16+ innocent Indians.

It was not for the first time, he brought 317 prisoners out of Jail in 2008, one of them was a Big Congress Leader in Jail for a Double Murder Case being Proved on him.

What kind of Chief Minister we had.??!!!
